VANDAL – Nappa Rider Dress

Part of the new Spring 2019 collection, this gorgeous dress would certainly put you ahead in the style stakes.

Ethically made from leather with cotton lining.

Conceived in 2014, VANDAL serves as an alter-ego; a medium  in which unorthodox styling, pattern design and colours can serve as being relentlessly experimented upon creations that communicate a sense of cool, boldness and intrigue.  Founded by Toronto based Ronald Tam the brand illustrates a hybrid of street aesthetics and classic tailoring. An outerwear specialist, the label draws influence from multiple disciplines of fashion; fabricating statement pieces with a premise that is unmistakably fun-to-wear and exciting.

For Spring 2019 Ronald revisits the art of classic tailoring, utilising a wide range of wool tweeds, melons, leathers, silk blends and brocades to conjure an exquisite offering of street-inspired women’s outerwear, two-piece suiting and standalone, focal garments. Attention is paid to exquisite details, from fine hand-beaded embellishments to innovative embroidery techniques applied to contemporary silhouettes.

American recording artist Mya and Canadian actor Laura Vandervoort are fans of this luxury-driven ethical streetwear brand.

VANDAL’s creations speak loudly, yet always maintain an effortless sense of wearability and pragmatism.
